Welcome to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Sports, health and exercise sciences (SEHS) - Theme B: Biomechanics. This course should be studied alongside Theme A: Exercise physiology and nutrition of the human body and Theme C: Sports psychology and motor learning. This course is designed to develop knowledge, understanding and skills of the IB Sports, health and exercise sciences specifically. The course is aimed at HL learning but SL candidates can also study the relevant parts of the course.
