Welcome to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Sports, health and exercise sciences (SEHS) - Theme A: Exercise physiology and nutrition of the human body. This course should be studied alongside Theme B: Biomechanics and Theme C: Sports psychology and motor learning. This course is designed to develop knowledge, understanding and skills of the IB Sports, health and exercise sciences specifically.
