Welcome to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Sports, exercise and health science (SEHS) - All themes. This course includes all the content from Theme A: Exercise physiology and nutrition of the human body, Theme B: Biomechanics and Theme C: Sports psychology and motor learning. This course is designed to develop knowledge, understanding and skills of the IB Sports, exercise and health science specification.
