Welcome to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Sports, exercise and health science (SEHS) - All themes. This course includes all the content from Theme A: Exercise physiology and nutrition of the human body, Theme B: Biomechanics and Theme C: Sports psychology and motor learning. This course is designed to develop knowledge, understanding and skills of the IB Sports, exercise and health science specification. Each theme includes both Standard Level (SL) content and Higher Level (HL). The HL content is found at the end of each theme.
