Revision 2025 - It's a wrap!
Dear PE colleagues,
In recent weeks, our 2025 revision offer concluded after an immense amount of work was done by my team and I, a huge amount of commitment was shown by you, the PE teachers, and an avalanche of learning was completed by all the PE students who took part. I am so, so proud of what we have all achieved.
Before I get to the main crux of this post and ask for your feedback, there are some highlights that I wish to share with you.
Firstly, I am really, really happy with how the Hot Topics concept worked in 2025. Whenever one chooses revision topics and skills to cover, there is always the sense that you are leaving some crucial stuff out. In 2025, we decided to identify and deliver 10 Hot Topics per exam paper for students to overlearn.
Many, many of these Hot Topics featured in real exam papers with notable successes occurring in AQA GCSE, OCR GCSE, OCR A-level and Edexcel A-level, where the “match” was very significant. But this is not exactly what I am proud of. I am more proud that, for each and every one of those Hot Topics, we developed real exam skills with the students that could be used on those specific topics or others. This, I believe, is strongly represented in the notes that students used along with the revision sessions:
I am also really pleased with the response we received from providing a set of both student and teacher notes for the revision shows. The teacher notes were a completed set of student notes and allowed a teacher to guide a student through the revision process. My team and I put a huge effort into these resources and I hope they proved useful for you.
Finally, I am pleased that we made the difficult transition from providing free-to-everyone revision to establishing a model that honoured our paying customers.
In 2025, our customers and non-customers received:

It is extremely difficult to make this type of transition, as it feels like you are disappointing people, but I genuinely believe that what we have done is to really add value to our customers and to provide our non-customers with another very compelling reason to join us. I can confirm that our 2026 revision offer will, once again, be focused on customer value.
So, it’s time for me to ask for your opinion. I would be grateful if you could complete this form to provide useful and actionable feedback while it is fresh in your mind. We genuinely value your opinion and, should you make a relevant point in your feedback, I guarantee that we will read it and do our utmost to honour your request or suggestion.
Thank you in advance.
James
